NovaMetrics Intelligence, a leading analytics firm specializing in predictive modeling and data-driven operational strategy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a subject-matter expert on data interpretation, statistical modeling, and insights storytelling. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and executive leadership. Your analytical insights will influence decisions that impact both the internal strategic roadmap and the success of external client projects. A core responsibility of this role is building scalable, automated reporting tools and dashboards using SQL, Python, and BI systems such as Tableau or Power BI. You will also be responsible for optimizing data flows, validating data accuracy, and maintaining best practices for data governance across the organization.
Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and deep curiosity about uncovering trends hidden within large, complex data sets. On a typical day you might run exploratory data analyses, design experiments to test hypotheses, or lead stakeholder meetings to communicate findings. You will also collaborate with data engineers to ensure the organizationโs data pipeline is optimized for both speed and reliability.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of analytical experience, a strong foundation in statistics, and familiarity with predictive modeling techniques. Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment is a plus.
